Privacy Policy

Lock N Load - Card Automation is a trading-card listing tool built by Lock N Load. You photograph a card, Lock N Load identifies it, drafts a title, description, and price suggestion, and can publish the listing to marketplaces you connect, such as eBay.

We collect only the data needed to run Lock N Load - Card Automation:

• Account data: email address and user ID created when you sign up, plus session tokens managed by our backend auth provider.
• Card and listing data: photos you upload, AI-generated titles and descriptions, price suggestions, and any edits you make before publishing.
• Marketplace connection data: when you choose to connect eBay or other marketplaces, we store the connection tokens and marketplace user identifiers needed to publish on your behalf.
• Usage data: basic error logs and app performance signals so we can fix bugs and keep Lock N Load - Card Automation reliable. We do not use trackers for advertising or sell browsing history.

Connecting eBay is optional. If you connect it, Lock N Load - Card Automation uses eBay’s OAuth flow to request the minimum scopes needed to manage inventory and publish listings:

• Read your basic eBay account identity
• Create and manage inventory listings
• Read shipping, return, and payment policies
• Read fulfillment and marketing promotion data needed to complete listings

We store your eBay refresh token and eBay user ID securely on our backend. We do not access your eBay messages, order buyer details, or payment instruments beyond what is required to draft and publish your listings. You can disconnect eBay at any time from the Settings page, which removes the stored token from our database.

eBay’s own privacy practices are governed by eBay’s privacy policy and user agreement. Lock N Load is responsible for how Lock N Load - Card Automation handles the data once it reaches our app; eBay remains responsible for its platform.

• Identify cards from photos and generate listing content.
• Publish, update, or sync listings to connected marketplaces at your direction.
• Keep your inventory and marketplace connections in sync.
• Fix errors and improve Lock N Load - Card Automation’s recognition and publishing accuracy.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos or listings to train shared models without your consent.

Lock N Load - Card Automation runs on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Authentication, database storage, and file storage are handled by the platform’s managed backend services. Marketplace tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are only decrypted by our server when publishing a listing you have explicitly requested.

Access to production data is limited to the Lock N Load team members who need it to operate and support Lock N Load - Card Automation. We review access regularly and require strong authentication for anyone who can touch backend systems.

Your listing data and marketplace tokens are kept while your account is active. If you delete your Lock N Load - Card Automation account, your personal data and connected marketplace tokens are removed from our systems immediately. Some anonymized usage logs may be retained for a short period to diagnose issues, but they are not tied to your identity.

You can disconnect a marketplace at any time from Settings, which removes that marketplace’s token from our database while leaving your account active.

You can access, edit, or delete most of your data directly inside the app. If you need help exporting or deleting data we do not expose in the UI, contact us at the email below and we will handle your request promptly.

Lock N Load - Card Automation uses session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use lightweight, privacy-first analytics to understand which features are used and where errors occur, but we do not track you across other websites.

Lock N Load - Card Automation is not intended for users under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete the account.

We update this policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows the most recent revision. Significant changes will also be announced inside the app or by email when required.
